Capital Care are currently recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in a female mental health rehabilitation service, situated on the outskirts of the village of Rhymney, with fantastic views of the beautiful Welsh countryside just at the end of the road. The setting gives it an air of tranquillity, perfect to promote well-being in all their patients.

Our Client’s hospital provides thoughtfully-designed, well-appointed surroundings to enable the women in their care to re-build their living and vocational skills, ready to regain their place in the community.

Every room has en-suite facilities. In addition, they have a gym, a hair salon and a relaxation area where patients can receive nail care, beauty treatments and one-to-one sessions with staff. They also have two large lounge areas which afford lots of space for their patients.

Our client is proud to report that the most frequently cited compliment from visitors, professional or patients’ relatives concerns the friendly atmosphere in the hospital. That is such an important starting point for the patients on their care pathway.

The Approach

Dedicated clinical teams provide a multi-disciplinary input including occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry and vocational training. Where appropriate, access to the local community is an essential step along the pathway to rehabilitation, for both leisure pursuits and for social training such as shopping and using public transport, so the hospital is ideally placed.
